About these terms

This website is operated by Relife, a brand of Particle Party LLC. These terms apply when you use particlepartydiy.com or purchase from us. You must be legally able to place an order, or have a parent or guardian place it for you.

Products and orders

We sell DIY art kits and finished Painted options where listed. Please check the selected finish, size, contents and price before ordering. Colors may look different on different screens, and minor material or finish variations may occur. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty or not as described.

Provide accurate contact, shipping and payment details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. If an order cannot be fulfilled because of stock, pricing errors, shipping restrictions or suspected fraud, we will contact you and refund any payment for canceled items. Separate written arrangements may apply to wholesale or custom orders.

Prices, shipping and returns

The checkout shows the currency, order total and applicable shipping charges and taxes. International import charges may apply as described in our Shipping Policy. Promotions follow their stated conditions. Returns and refunds follow our Return and Refund Policy, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Safe and lawful use

Follow product instructions and age guidance. Craft materials are not food; keep small parts away from children under 3 and supervise children during use. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders or infringe others' rights. Website content belongs to us or its respective rights holders; commercial reuse requires the relevant permission.

Shopify and privacy

Shopify hosts our store and provides commerce services. Your purchase is from Relife, not Shopify. Third-party payment and other services may have their own terms. See our Privacy Policy for how personal information is handled.

Your rights and updates

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights concerning faulty goods. We may update these terms for future use and purchases; changes do not remove rights attached to existing orders.
