By visiting this website or purchasing from ParticleParty DIY, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies linked on our website.

Products and descriptions

We sell DIY craft and art kits, including 3D relief painting kits, resin magnet kits, quartz sand painting kits, and related creative products. We try to present product information, pricing, colors, sizes, and kit contents accurately, but minor differences may occur because of screen settings, photography, material batches, or handmade-style finishes.

Orders

We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit orders when necessary, including for suspected fraud, inventory errors, pricing mistakes, shipping restrictions, or other operational reasons. If an order is canceled after payment, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Use of products

Products must be used as directed and with appropriate supervision. Craft materials may include small parts, paints, resin blanks, sand texture, magnets, brushes, tools, or packaging components. Do not ingest materials. Keep away from children under 3 and supervise children during use.

Intellectual property

Website text, images, logos, product photos, designs, and other content belong to ParticleParty DIY or the relevant rights holders. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use our content for commercial purposes without permission. Some products may be inspired by historical or public-domain artworks; any such references are used to describe the creative theme of the product.

Pricing and availability

Prices and availability may change without notice. We may correct errors, update product information, or discontinue products at any time.

Third-party services

Our store may use third-party services such as Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics tools, and other apps. Their services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParticleParty DIY is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
