Return window

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email particleparty.sales@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the request.

Eligible returns

Because our products are DIY craft kits, returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Kits that have been painted, assembled, mixed, opened, or used cannot be returned unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-returnable items

  • Used, painted, assembled, or partially completed craft kits
  • Opened paint pots, quartz sand materials, adhesives, or other consumable craft materials
  • Items damaged after delivery because of misuse, storage, or handling
  • Gift cards, final sale items, custom orders, and wholesale orders unless otherwise agreed in writing

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and help with a replacement, refund, or other resolution when appropriate.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or an item damaged in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Refund timing

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank and payment processor timing may vary.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the eligible item and place a new order for the item you want.
