Processing time
Orders are usually prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During busy seasons, launches, or promotions, processing may take longer.
Shipping times
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method available at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, because carrier delays, weather, customs review, and local delivery conditions can affect timing.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email after your order ships. Tracking may take 24-72 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at particleparty.sales@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.
International orders
If international shipping is available for your order, customs fees, import duties, taxes, and brokerage charges may be collected by your country or carrier. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Lost, delayed, or marked-delivered packages
If tracking shows a delay, please check with the carrier first. If a package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, check with household members, neighbors, your building office, and the carrier. If you still need help, contact us and include your order number.
Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the packaging, and photos of the damaged item so we can review the issue.
