Shipping rates and free shipping
Contiguous United States: free standard shipping when your merchandise subtotal is US$55 or more after discounts. This covers the lower 48 states and does not include Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories. No free-shipping code is needed; choose Free Standard Shipping at checkout.
United States paid shipping options
For orders below the US$55 threshold, the following rates apply to eligible parcels. These paid options also apply to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories, where the US$55 free-shipping offer is not available.
- Economy: US$4.90 for parcels weighing 0–5 lb.
- Standard: US$6.90 for parcels weighing 0–1 lb.
- Standard: US$9.90 for parcels weighing 1–5 lb.
At exactly 1 lb, both Standard rate ranges apply. Available methods depend on the shipment weight used at checkout. Paid methods may remain available alongside free shipping; select the free option when eligible. For parcels above 5 lb that do not qualify for free shipping, contact us before ordering to confirm the suitable service.
United Kingdom
- Standard Shipping: £4.90 when your merchandise subtotal after discounts is below £30.
- Free Standard Shipping: £0 when your merchandise subtotal after discounts is £30 or more.
Canada and other supported international destinations
USPS and DHL Express shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipment details. There is no flat international rate or US$55 free-shipping offer for these destinations. Enter your delivery address to see available services and prices before payment.
How discounts affect free shipping
The qualifying amount is the merchandise subtotal after product and order discounts, before shipping and tax. Shipping charges and tax do not help reach the threshold. If a discount reduces your subtotal below US$55 for the contiguous United States, or £30 for the United Kingdom, the applicable paid shipping rate applies.
- US example: US$60 less 10% = US$54, so it does not qualify. US$62 less 10% = US$55.80, so it qualifies for free standard shipping to the contiguous United States.
- UK example: £30 less 10% = £27, so the £4.90 standard rate applies.
Free Standard Shipping is a shipping-rate option, so it can be available with an eligible merchandise discount as long as the discounted subtotal still meets the threshold. Choosing another paid service is not free. Currency conversions and rounding may apply when shopping in another currency; checkout shows the final amount.
For wholesale or bulk shipments, contact us to confirm the appropriate delivery option. A separate Wholesale Shipping option is priced at US$50 where available.
Processing and shipping
Orders are usually prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Busy periods may require additional processing time. Available shipping destinations, methods and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.
Delivery and tracking
Delivery estimates depend on your destination and selected shipping method. They are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, weather and customs may affect delivery. When tracking is available, we email it after dispatch; updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.
Address changes and cancellations
Check your address before ordering. If you need a correction or cancellation, contact us promptly with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has started. Any cancellation right required by law still applies.
International orders
For international orders, import duties, taxes and carrier clearance fees may apply. These are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states they are included.
Delivery problems
If your parcel is delayed or marked delivered but missing, check the tracking details and contact us for help. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, please email your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate promptly. This request does not shorten rights or remedies required by law.
